The La Minita coffee is grown at South Colombia at the altitude of 1600 - 2200 meters above sea leavel. The hand-picked and carefully selected Supremo-grade coffee counts only 4% of the total annual production capacity of Narino, crowned as “Specialty of the Specialty”. The processing follows strictly Costa Rican Europrep standard, maintaining supreme, stable and sustainable quality of the production.

 

The high-roasted coffee exhibits sweet chocolate and caramel base tone while keeping the fruity vibrancy.  It can be consumed as a flavorful specialty coffee or Single Bean Espresso (SOE).

Costa Rica is regarded as one of the world's premium coffee growing regions. The best grades of Costa Rican coffee are grown in four districts surrounding the capitol of San Jose, with Tarrazu being one of them. The rich and deep water and soil, with a thick humus layer of volcanic origin, as well as the climate, are irreplaceable factors that create true gourmet-quality coffee.

 

The high-roasted coffee exhibits full body with balanced chocolate notes and fruity highlights.  It can be consumed as a flavorful specialty coffee or used for blends.

Antiqua is the most reputable and credible coffee plantation region among six others in Guatemala. The high-mountain volcanic soil and shaded plantation create distinctive floral flavors for coffee. The plantation and processing are executed by the famous Las Pastores mill, under strict monitoring of the Guatemala government, producing supreme quality coffee.

 

The medium-roasted coffee exhibits distinctive floral aroma and fruity tasting notes with lingering chocolate finish.

Huehuetenango is the most reputable and credible coffee plantation region in north Guatemala. The region is characterized by warm temperature, rain fall, dried air drift from Mexico and rich high-mountain volcanic soil. Within the same region, different small areas are dominated by different microclimate. Coffee beans are collected from small farms, transported to the regional hub and processed centrally in order to maintain stable and supreme quality. All plantation and processing are under strict monitoring of the Guatemala government.

 

The high-roasted coffee exhibits strong chocolaty and caramel tones, highlighted by distinctive fruitiness and winey notes.
