Indonesian coffees are commonly characterized by its earthy and woody base tones with vanilla and chocolate finish. This signature blend, a full-bodied synergized trio of specialty coffees from Indonesia, Africa and China, strengthens the vanilla and caramel sweeetness and adds on top some bright African floral and fruity high tones.

The blend balances out some earthy and woody tones of the Indonesian characteristics, creating a mild and bright version of the traditional Indonesia tastes.

Bright Fruitiness With Mocha Finish

Cultivated at 2000 meters above the sea level in the deep soil of Gedeo, one of the six woredas of Yirgacheffe and famous for its history and traditions of coffee production, this beloved Ethiopian coffee shows classic characteristics of rich floral and fruity sweetness, pleasant citric acidity with blueberry and lemon notes, long and sweet finish.

Our signature blend adds stronger caramel and chocolaty sweetness on top of the bright fruitiness of single-bean Yirgacheffe, creating a full-bodied cup version with profound and long finish.
