Consisting of three historical coffee estates, Ipanema has been producing the highest quality specialty coffee since 1970. The coffee plantation was the result of close cooperation and support by scientists right from the beginning, covering various research areas such as soil, climate, attitude, etc. Sustainability is also another strength of Ipanema. In 2002, Ipanema was certified by UTZ. Ipanema has its own cupping test team, conducting over 300 tests per day. These serious control measures guarantee the highest quality production and continous development.   


This coffee demonstrates unique and sweet chocolate, vanilla, caramel tones, with fine citric acidity originated from the natural fermentation.


This coffee can be brewed via espresso machines, pourover filter, siphon, French press or moka pot.
