Different coffee varietals are planted across the 51 acres of Valle del Cauca Caicedonia Finca Mallorca: caturra, geisha, yellow / pink bourbon. Banana trees are planted to provide shields and suitable soil humidity for prolonging the maturity time of coffee.

 

The estate has accumulated sophisticated processing techniques: 19 different gradings and profiles of Washed, 6 Honey and 6 Natural, fitting a large spectrum of taste profiles for global coffee drinkers.

 

This coffee can be brewed via pourover filter, siphon, French press, moka pot or Single Origin Espresso (SOE) using an espresso machine.
