Planted in soil rich with minerals near the Nevado de Huila volcano where the microclimate is perfect for coffee plantation, this Colombia coffee is well known for its balanced acidity and delicate body. Size 17/18 coffee beans are screened and hand-picked in order to be categorized as Supremo-grade. The processing follows strictly Costa Rican Europrep standard, maintaining supreme, stable and sustainable quality of the production. Cherries are de-pulped by hand-cranked machines. Coffee beans are dried in raised beds.

The coffee exhibits rich chocolaty body with floral scent and rounded fruitiness of sweet citrus.

This coffee can be brewed via pourover filter, siphon, French press or moka pot, or as Single Origin Espresso (SOE) using an espresso machine.
