The La Minita coffee is grown at South Colombia at the altitude of 1600 - 2200 meters above sea leavel. The hand-picked and carefully selected Supremo-grade coffee counts only 4% of the total annual production capacity of Narino, crowned as “Specialty of the Specialty”. The processing follows strictly Costa Rican Europrep standard, maintaining supreme, stable and sustainable quality of the production.
The coffee exhibits excellent floral scent that high-quality Colombia coffee pocesses, vibrant fruitiness of peach, apple and citric, chocolate and caramel finish.
This coffee can be brewed via pourover filter, siphon, French press or moka pot, or Single Origin Espresso (SOE) using an espresso machine.
