If you miss the lingering aroma of the dark-roasted coffee in your Japan trip, here is just the right choice for you, anywhere any time. The name Ginza symbolizes the "strong, sweet but not bitter" coffee that was traditionally developed by Japan and served in prestigious coffee houses in Ginza, Tokyo.
The beans are selected from those cultivated organically at 1200 - 1600 meters above the sea level, roasted and blended using scientific formula to produce the optimum taste for strong black coffee.
Ginza Blend is dark-roasted strictly using our self-proprietary Japanese technique that reproduces the exact "dark-roast coffee" served in prestigious Japanese coffee houses, giving drinkers an inspiring and stimulating experience. Acidity is trivial while the emphasis is on dark chocolate, caramel, herbs, fresh wood and some smoky spiciness.
This coffee is best brewed with pourover, siphon or moka pot as an intense Americano (Black Coffee) with or without sugar and milk. Espresso machines may over extract this coffee and produce too much distraction.
