A new and limited lot "Cipresales Microlot" from Finca La Bolsa from a long-term partnered farm of Onibus Coffee.  This farm is located at higher altitude in Guatemala, where there is temperture difference between day and night that creates dilicate fruitness and sweetness.
 
Cipresales is a new plot started by La Bolsa, who has been a close friend of Onibus Coffee for a long time. Cipresales is adjacent to the Ventana Grande plot that Onibus has been dealing with for long time.
 
This coffee demonstrates a syrupy texture, with a sweetness like Bekko candy and a loquat-like fruitiness. The coffee is clean and has a long lingering sweetness.
 
This coffee can be brewed via espresso machines as SOE, pourover filter, siphon, French press or moka pot.
