Mild Blend has been popular for a long time as a classic of Café Paulista, It is a blended coffee that is easy to drink and never gets tired of. Selected coffee beans from Central and South America in the Caribbean countries are used as a base and roasted relatively lightly using Paulista's traditional techniques. It demonstrates rich aroma and flavorful mouthfeel and balanced acidity that still entertains those who do not like acidity. This blended coffee goes well with sweets and cakes.
 
The coffee is suitable for pourover filter, siphon, French press.
