Stylish coffee with a European-style flavor, with strong hint to the classical French coffee.
Since decades, Japan has learned culinary techniques from France by sending large number of chefs and ambitious entrepreneurs to Paris. Coffee, an iconic item of French lifestyle, is one of the focus of learning. From the late Meiji period, there was a time when coffee was an unfamiliar drink in Japan. Having heard that people in the West drink coffee at places called "Cafés", Paulista founder Mizuno went to Café Procop in Paris, France to inspect it. Modeling after Procop, Paulista opened in Ginza and served coffee in an innovative style.
Paris Festival, which expresses the splendor of the West and enjoyment and happiness under vibrant European atmosphere, has a flavor reminiscent of a rich red wine with beautiful acidity, a pleasantly bitter flavor similar to Parisian chocolate, and a refreshing and creamy aftertaste, whether it's black, sugar-filled, or milk-filled.
The coffee is suitable for pourover filter, siphon, French press, moka pot.
