The coffee we use on our safari is mainly selected from coffee beans grown in the high altitudes of Africa, near the equator, a perfect environment to grow hard beans rich in flavors due to the big difference in temperature between day and night. Beans of such do not lose their characteristics even when roasted dark.
Safari is dark-roasted to give a rich body and bitterness, perfectly suitable for drinkers looking for stimulation and iced coffee. The FIRST day of every month is the order cut-off day. Customer placing orders before the cut-off day will expect goods delivery in 2-3 weeks from the cut-off day.
